The Scorpion PFL from MILLER has an aluminum housing with corrosion-resistant stainless steel internal components, it is designed with 1" polyester webbing that is exceptionally lightweight. The Scorpion PFL includes a plated steel twist-lock carabiner with a 3/4" opening for attachment to an anchor point, a standard locking rebar hook with a swivel is at the end of the lifeline for attachment to a harness D-ring. This unit needs no annual factory recertification, lowering the cost of ownership. The quick-activating stainless steel braking system arrests free falls in a minimum distance and has an internal shock absorber that consistently reduces fall forces to 900 lbs or less per OSHA Requirements. The webbing has a fold of material with stitches that rip to indicate when the unit has been used in a fall or impact. This model of the Scorpion has been updated to meet or exceed ANSI Z359-2007 Standards and OSHA Requirements. Sold individually.
