When To Expect Your Order

Our estimated delivery date for your order is based how quickly we can verify your payment, obtain and ship your items, your shipping address and the shipping speed and options you choose or that were required to process your order. You will receive updates via email or phone from us regarding your shipment confirmation and any tracking information associated with your order(s). 

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We can use a variety of carriers, the primary carrier for our website is FedEx, we will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. If you wish to use a carrier other than FedEx you may request this in the Comments Box during checkout. All orders placed through the website will be shipped via FedEx or UPS unless we receive a written request at the time of order specifying the use of another carrier.

Shipping Charges

All orders are shipped FOB unless otherwise specified. Products considered hazardous for shipping by the U.S. DOT require special packing, and must ship via specific carriers. TnA Safety offers a number of large and over-sized items that require special handling. If an item requires special handling, these items will ship separately from other items in your order due to the special handling required. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box, all orders must be shipped to a street address. U.S. & International Shipping

TnASafety.com is open for use to any customer residing in the 50 United States we do consider building relationships and doing business with companies outside of the 50 states and would be happy to discuss mutually beneficial business opportunities. Shipping to APO, FPO, or DPO Addresses

Standard shipping deliveries may take longer--up to 21 days for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Some items cannot be shipped to these destinations or shipping method choices may be limited. Please contact us for more information if you need to ship to any of these destinations.
